DB2 Services specializes in prefabricated, Panelized Exterior and Interior Wall Systems to increase building quality, reduce time of construction and save considerably in overall cost. An excellent solution for most buildings but ideally suited for apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, long-term care facilities and high rises. DB2 Services utilizes leading edge AutoCAD software.

Panels produced by DB2 Services include exterior and interior wall systems. Exterior panels come complete with finished EIFS, hardi-plank siding, false stone or the material of your choice. All exterior windows and doors can be installed in the factory saving considerable time and costs compared to on site installation. Interior walls are fabricated in the factory and then roughed-in with electrical and mechanical on site, and then finished on site. Panels are non-combustible with increased energy efficiency for your project. Savings in construction include insurance savings, fewer trades involved and reduced callbacks due to shrinkage.

Production Process

The DB2 Services production process begins with your designs and ends with your completed building. Our in-house designers work with drawings from your architects, create our working drawings, move to the assembly line and out to full assembly and construction at your site. Our sister company, Delta Innovative Services, is a general contractor, and is dedicated to great service and quality workmanship.
